A. PFD is headquartered in Silver Spring, MD outside of Washington DC.
A. PFD currently has country programs in Benin, Cambodia, Nigeria and Tanzania.
A. PFD’s programs are supported by various government organizations, private foundations and individual donors dedicated to helping PFD achieve its mission of working with vulnerable and underserved populations to improve quality of life. In 2008 PFD’s total revenue and support totaled almost $9.8 million USD.
A. Individual donations are applied to programs with the greatest need. The majority of donations are used directly to support program activities, while less than 13% goes toward administrative expenditures. PFD conforms to the highest accounting and financial standards.
